RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the Receive
- The wrong goods, or the goods are damaged in transit, please contact our after-sales service team and they will give you a complete refund or return route, usually we will provide a partial or full refund, if we confirm that it is necessary to send If returned to the seller, we will bear the return postage.
- Return postageshould be borne by the buyer for the following reasons:
- I don’t like it anymore
- I don’t want it anymore
- It’s too expensive
- It’s damaged during use
- Other non-seller reasons this fee will be deducted from the refund amount to your original payment method.
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for a return.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for returning the order to the address on the packing slip using your courier of choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost/untrackable returns. Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
- Returns take 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

- Received the Wrong item? If you have received the wrong item, please contact service@mallaus.com or contact our local Service.
EXCHANGE POLICY
